Today USCS Transportation Departments operate regional and
nationwide pooling programs that are supported by a highly specialized
Transportation Management System (TMS). TMS is an advanced, customized set of software tools
covering all aspects of the planning and execution of the order delivery process.

execution, rating and billing, and endless
reporting capabilities.
