This recently acquired warehouse is the first U.S. Cold Storage facility in the Virginia market. We are expanding
our presence with customers in the poultry, agriculture and dairy industries in the Shenandoah Valley. With
additional land available for expansion, we plan to upgrade and expand the facilities to meet growing demand in
the area for modern refrigerated and frozen space.
