Because USCS is committed to the highest standards of service and program performance, we employ proprietary information systems to facilitate our warehouse services. They enable the efficient and methodical handling of products and timely, accurate inventory and billing management.

The system incorporates radio frequency with bar code scanning technology in our exclusive Taskmaster system, an event driven application and database that uses computer-directed activity (CDA) to automatically assign tasks based on programmable priorities.

Taskmaster also delivers highly accurate real-time inventory information and provides a database with extensive information for activity-based costing and productivity analysis. The system also interfaces with eUSCOLD Online Services, billing, accounts receivable, and other computerized data management.

Provides real-time, secure Internet access to account information provides a wide variety of information and reports including inventory details, order status, shipment tracking, lot histories, and receipt verification. In addition, orders can be placed online. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Available through eUSCOLD Online Services, orders shipped through the USCS LOGISTICS™ services, USCS Transport™ local shuttle services or via a USCS freight consolidation program are monitored throughout the order, shipment and delivery process including order delivery confirmation. Allied carriers work online in concert with USCS to update the status of shipments.

Electronic Data Interchange is available to transmit and receive order information, update orders, confirm shipments, report inventory status and to perform other data interchange with our customers.
